The Innovative Organic Advice Contest is conducted in the framework of the OrganicAdviceNetwork project. The application for the Innovative Organic Advice Contest is open until the 30th of April 2025, 23:59 CEST. DATA PROTECTION
The following data will be collected: name, address, email address, telephone number, business contact details, description of your advisory services, social media channels and website information. Your personal data will only be used internally for the selection process and will be deleted after completion of the work associated with the Award. Before we publish any of your personal data such as the winners’ profiles, we will ask you to sign a consent form. We might include a link to your homepage and information available on your homepage also on our project website. References will be included.
STORAGE AND PURPOSE OF COLLECTED DATA
The data collected will be stored by IFOAM Organics Europe in the internal collaborative online platform (SharePoint) specifically designed for OrganicAdviceNetwork, for at least 4 years after the end of the OrganicAdviceNetwork project, i.e., until 31/03/2032, for future analysis by members of the consortium. The collaborative platform is password protected and only accessible to project partners. The data obtained will be used to conduct further research and analyses of Advisory Services for the organic sector in Europe. They will serve as a basis for draft reports to the European Commission, to the EU’s Research Executive Agency, practical tools and as part of scientific publications. However, all data feeding into analyses will be anonymised before publication.
