Digital products are often marketed to us as simple and streamlined. Even the term cloud doesn't conjure images of large data centers and significant environmental impact. However, the environmental resources required for the production, operation, and disposal of IT equipment are rarely made transparent.
We are a project to improve the sustainability of Brandenburg's university IT and would like to find out in a short survey what role sustainability plays in your use of IT. At the same time we want to raise awareness of the environmental impact of IT. The survey takes approximately 5 minutes, and we will be raffling off a €50 voucher for rebuy, an IT refurbisher, among all participants.
